Shipping Cost and Delivery Time
Standard delivery is free of charge with your order dependent on the order value; please refer to the below table for reference. SI Glamour does not cover the shipping costs for returned items.
During your shopping, you will be provided with an Estimated Delivery Date. Please note that the estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed date. It is automatically calculated based on the total amount of time required to process your order, production and delivery process as well as your shipping address.
The estimated delivery time is based on delivery to capital cities. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote areas. SI Glamour does not take responsibility for delayed shipments to remote areas, or, to regions where the postal services are performed on certain schedules.
For faster delivery, you may select the Premium Shipping option. It should be noted that, this option only shortens the amount of the time required for processing your order comparing to the free standard delivery time. It does not guarantee a specific delivery date. In the case of a payment not going through immediately, the estimated delivery time will be calculated from the day that the payment has been received by SI Glamour. SI Glamour does not take any responsibility or refund the shipping charge based on any such delay.
Your order will be delivered by AnPost. Delivery time may vary depending on your address location. You will be notified when your package leaves our premises and a tracking number (if you opted for premium shipping) will be sent to the email address that you provided during your purchase. Please make sure that you will be available to accept your package at the time of delivery. SI Glamour does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Should your package be returned to the dispatcher due to unavailability, SI Glamour reserves the right to charge the customer for the re-delivery costs.
If you have not received a tracking number (in the case of choosing a premium delivery option), please check your spam/junk folder. If you don’t know your tracking number or if the status for delivery has not changed for several days on the carrier’s website, please contact our customer support team so that they can look into the matter for you. In case of any problems, SI Glamour will be in contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. With as little inconvenience to you as possible also.
Please check your parcel before you accept the delivery. If your package has been damaged in transit, reject the receipt of it and file a claim with the carrier immediately.
Deliveries can be made only to physical home or business addresses. For orders that need to be delivered to a destination other than the billing address; ensure that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. This is to ensure that it will not cause a delay in processing your order.
For your security, the shipping and billing address information cannot be changed after placing an order. If you will not be available at the provided address at the scheduled delivery time, please contact our customer support services to check the possibility of holding the shipment and postpone it to a further date.
Delivery outside the Mainland
If your shipping address is outside the Mainland, please note that your order may be subject to customs. SI Glamour does not take any responsibility for the additional charges or refund any taxes and duties that may be incurred for your parcel.
