I ordered a few pieces of jewellery recently and some of the things that I ordered were not right. One of the chains wasn’t long enough on me and I wasn’t happy with it and one of the bracelets didn’t fit on my arm. I contacted siglamour after I received the items and told them that I wasn’t happy. They were back in touch the same day with return instructions. Today I checked my bank account and the refund for the pieces that I returned is there already. Very easy company to deal with. I’m extremely pleased and I will be purchasing from siglamour again.
